Cupcakes For Two

Our Inaugural Post is for a single bowl cupcake recipe for two, how appropriate !
Cooking can be simple and fulfilling. It can also be yummy! Take this cupcake recipe for two, it uses one bowl and can be customized to meet the sweet requirements of the evening. You can even customize both of them individually. Use care to keep the ratio of dry to wet the same. For instance, if you want to make one or both of them Chocolate instead of Vanilla, keep the vanilla the same but remove two tablespoons of flour and add two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Typically chips and nuts don’t count as wet or dry. So, you can add chocolate (and other flavors) of chips and/or nuts without decreasing anything else. Be reasonable with the quantity.
