Simple Frosting

| This supplement to the inaugural post is the icing for the cupcakes.
I modified it to correctly make a smaller amount. It makes a quarter cup. If that sounds like it’s too small, remember it’s only two cupcakes. This is actually quite a lot and you can sample some of it and still have enough. As with the cupcake recipe, you can modify it extensively to suit your sweet needs of the evening.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, softened
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
